Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We offer the following shipping rates for orders delivered within South Africa:
- Standard Shipping — R100.00 for orders under R1,000
- Free Shipping — Complimentary on all orders of R1,000 and above
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimated from the date of dispatch. DreamGlow is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details where available.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
